platform through which customers may discover and
purchase products offered on the Platform.

2. Eligibility

• You must be legally capable of entering into

  necessary for security, fraud prevention,
  compliance or protection of the Platform.

4. Products, Pricing & Availability

• Product descriptions, images, specifications,
  prices and availability are provided for
  informational and purchasing purposes and may
  change from time to time.
• Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹), unless
  otherwise stated.
• Product availability is subject to stock and
  seller availability.
• We take reasonable steps to maintain accurate
  product information; however, inadvertent
  typographical, technical or pricing errors may
  occur.
• Where a material error affects an order, Rimzone
  or the relevant seller may contact the customer
  and, where appropriate, cancel the affected order
  and provide an applicable refund.

5. Orders & Order Acceptance

• Placing an order constitutes a request to purchase
  the selected product(s) subject to availability,
  payment authorization and applicable terms.
• An order may be subject to verification before
  acceptance and dispatch.
• Rimzone or the relevant seller may cancel an order
  where there is a genuine issue relating to product
  availability, pricing error, payment failure,
  suspected fraud, address restrictions or other
  legitimate operational or legal reasons.
• Where an order is cancelled after payment has been

• If an amount is debited but the transaction fails,

  laws and marketplace requirements.
• Product-specific warranties, guarantees or
  after-sales commitments may be provided by the

  customers and sellers and assist with marketplace
  disputes.
• Nothing in these Terms removes or limits any
  consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded
  under applicable Indian law.

10. User Conduct

Users must use the Platform lawfully and responsibly.
You agree not to:

• Conduct fraudulent, deceptive or unauthorized

• Provide false, misleading or impersonated
  information.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the
  Platform, accounts or systems.
• Introduce malicious software, scripts or code

• Scrape, copy, reproduce or commercially exploit

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in

Unless otherwise stated, the Rimzone name, logos,
branding, website design, graphics, text, software,
interface elements and other original Platform content
are owned by or licensed to

• Users may access Platform content only for
  legitimate personal or authorized business use.
• Unauthorized copying, reproduction, modification,
  distribution, publication or commercial exploitation
  is prohibited.
• Third-party trademarks, product names and logos

15. Fraud, Abuse & Account Restrictions

Rimzone may investigate suspected fraudulent,

• Accounts associated with suspected fraud or misuse
  may be temporarily restricted while an investigation
  is conducted.
• Rimzone may cancel or restrict transactions where
  there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud,
  unauthorized payment activity or abuse of Platform
  policies.
• Where appropriate, Rimzone may cooperate with
  payment providers, law-enforcement authorities or
  other competent authorities in accordance with law.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
