1. Overview
This Refunds & Cancellation Policy governs all purchases made on www.rimzone.in�. By placing an order, you agree to the terms stated below.
2. Order Cancellation
2.1 Cancellation Before Shipment
Customers may request cancellation before the order is shipped.
If the cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be initiated to the original payment method.
2.2 Cancellation After Shipment
Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Customers may request a return (if eligible) after delivery as per the Return section below.
3. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
Product received is defective or damaged.
Wrong product delivered.
Product significantly different from description.
Conditions for Return:
Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Product must be unused and in original packaging.
Proof (photos/videos) may be required for verification.
4. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
Used or altered products
Products damaged due to customer misuse
Customized or made-to-order products
Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
5. Refund Process
Refunds are processed after product inspection (if applicable).
Once approved, refunds will be initiated within 5–10 business days.
Refunds will be credited only to the original payment method.
In case of Cash on Delivery (if applicable), refund may be processed via bank transfer.
6. Payment Failure / Double Deduction
If payment fails but the amount is debited, the refund is generally auto-processed by the bank/payment gateway within 5–7 business days.
The Company is not responsible for delays caused by banking institutions or payment gateway providers.
7. Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention
Any fraudulent chargeback attempt will be legally contested.
The Company reserves the right to suspend accounts involved in suspicious refund activities.
8. Marketplace / Multi-Vendor Clause
If the product is sold by a third-party vendor on the platform:
Return approval may depend on vendor verification.
RIMZONE INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED acts as a marketplace facilitator and will coordinate dispute resolution.
